Informational purpose

The site provides general business-development and mortgage-partnership information. It is not legal, tax, financial-planning or compliance advice and does not constitute a commitment to lend, an offer of credit or a promise of any marketing or business result.

No guaranteed outcome

Campaign timing, response, appointments, transactions and revenue vary. Examples, frameworks and planning materials are illustrative. No result is guaranteed.

No referral requirement

Using this site, booking a session or participating in a discussion does not require you to provide a referral or use Christopher Hill or West Capital Lending for financing. Consumers remain free to choose their providers.

Co-marketing and compensation

Any co-marketing, lead purchase, cost sharing, database initiative or other arrangement requires separate written terms and any necessary compliance approval. Costs and services must be allocated consistently with applicable law and fair-market value. Christopher Hill may receive compensation when he originates a completed mortgage transaction for a client who independently chooses to work with him.

Mortgage information

Mortgage programs, rates, credits, eligibility and terms are subject to change, underwriting, investor rules, property and borrower qualification, and formal disclosures. Nothing on this site is a rate quote or credit approval.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit information you do not have authority to provide, interfere with operation or use site content unlawfully.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding and original materials are owned by or licensed to their respective owners. You may use the free playbook for your own internal business planning but may not resell or falsely attribute it.

Third-party links

The site may link to services such as Calendly and NMLS Consumer Access. LVRG-X does not control their availability, content, privacy practices or terms.

Availability and limitation

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, LVRG-X and West Capital Lending are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
