Information we collect
When you submit a partner application or request the free message examples, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, transaction range, database-size range, business constraint and communication preference. We may also collect the page you visited and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term.
How we use information
We use this information to provide requested resources, review partnership fit, respond to requests, prepare for scheduled sessions, operate and improve the funnel, understand campaign performance, maintain records and meet legal or compliance obligations.
Communications and consent
If you separately opt in, Christopher Hill, LVRG-X or West Capital Lending may contact you by call, text or email about related services. Consent is not a condition of booking. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or use the unsubscribe option in email where provided.
How information is shared
Information may be shared with West Capital Lending and service providers that help operate the website, scheduling, communications, analytics or recordkeeping. We do not state that your information is sold. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights.
Database data
The paid-traffic application does not accept a database upload. If a separate database initiative is approved later, access, permissions, permitted uses, security, retention and deletion expectations should be documented before data is transferred.
Security and retention
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed secure. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and applicable obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and recordkeeping obligations, by emailing chill@westcapitallending.com.
Third-party services
Scheduling may be provided through Calendly. Your use of third-party services is also governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
Children
This site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 13.
Updates
We may update this policy as practices or requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
